Richard Humphrey shares the story of how his church began tackling food surplus and redistributing it to support vulnerable communities around the world. What started with a simple £8 supermarket voucher grew into a large-scale operation working with thousands of charity partners and delivering millions of meals across dozens of countries. 

The lecture demonstrates how people taking practical action, building relationships, and their willingness to make change can lead to genuine impact.
